    • All orders will ship from Knoxville, TN within 3-5 days after placement. Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days.
    • Customer is responsible for additional shipping fees required to resend a package due to incorrect delivery information.
    • One Knoxville SC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Returns and Exchanges
